How to Learn to Eat All the Foods Guilt Free While Intermittent Fasting

After 25 years of yo-yo dieting and losing weight and gaining back the weight and trying to figure out which foods were good and which foods were bad, I decided to just stop worrying about it and eat all the foods.

I decided to focus more on whether or not I was losing weight, which was the goal. The goal was NOT to eliminate foods or restrict my diet! The goal was to lose weight, so I wanted to know if I could lose weight and still eat all those foods that I knew I was going to go back to eating anyhow.
