How I Lost 80 Pounds With Intermittent Fasting

This video outlines how I lost 80 pounds with intermittent fasting and have been maintaining that weight loss since October of 2018.

The journey started in March of 2014 when I was tagged in some photos on Facebook and I didn’t recognize myself. From there I went on a journey that eventually lead me to intermittent fasting and walking as a form of weight loss without having to restrict any foods or count calories.

On the plan that ended up working, I was eating whatever I wanted and lost about a pound a week on average when I went from 222 pounds to 157 pounds and then about 1/3 a pound a week on average when I went from 157 pounds to 142 pounds.
