- Ending 7 Day average as of January 31, 2025: 152.80 (+.26)
- Ending 7 Day average as of February 28, 2025: 152.34 (-.46 month over month, -.2 since Jan 1)
- Personal bests for deadlift: 120 lbs, squat: 50 lbs, bench press: 60 lbs
- 1st Subgoal achieved: I saw my 7 day average go below 151.54 on February 22.
