Have you noticed that your stomach simply can not hold as much food as it did before you began OMAD? I’m curious as this seems to be happening to me.
Any advice, tips, techniques for those of us who are peri-menopausal and looking to incorporate /stick to OMAD while experiencing extreme, frequent periods, hot flashes, insomnia, exhaustion, etc. Often I lose hours of sleep which makes me more aware of “hours to go before I can eat” causing me to be more hangry and confused as to how I can work a plan around my body’s crazy antics and “power surges”.
