In this episode, we discuss the way to figure out your ideal window for intermittent fasting.

Unfamiliar terms you might hear in this episode:

OMAD=One Meal A Day

2MAD=2 Meals A Day

Fasting Window = Period of time you don’t eat

Eating Window = Period of time you eat

Generally, windows are talked about in 24-hour increments. For example, a 16:8 (said as “sixteen eight”) means sixteen hours of fasting followed by eight hours of eating.
