Weight loss plateaus happen to all kinds of people on all kinds of plans.
Even in 2016, when I was very consistent and eating one meal a day, I would hit a plateau for a month at a time. The way that I would work through this was by tracking to make sure I was even in a plateau, I would make sure I was being consistent, and then I would wait it out. My success came from doing this and sticking to the plan I knew was working.
