16:35 I’ve had very good success with fasting, but at 44 I find myself being hit hard with peri menopausal symptoms. One being food cravings so bad I start to tremble if I don’t eat, even if I’ve just eaten 1 hour ago. It’s spoiling all my previous weightloss and I’ve put on 2 stone (28lbs) in three months. Any advice on hormonal led cravings from you or anyone listening would be appreciated. Otherwise, I’m thinking of appetite suppressants.
