I have been doing OMAD (eating one meal a day) for a couple of months now, and loving it!
But I am now starting to feel really hungry and finding it really difficult this last week or so, whereas I was not when I first started. What could be causing this? What am I doing wrong?? Is this just normal? I thought I adapted really quickly to start with, so why am I now finding it so hard??
