The book Boundaries by Drs. Cloud and Townsend completely changed my life. It helped me to learn how to say no, which means I’ve learned how to set healthy boundaries with myself, with my family, with friends, and with work. In general, this book has improved practically every aspect of my life. The ideas in this book are particularly helpful for weight loss, which is a process of setting boundaries with yourself (not only with food, but with your self-talk, your time, and your relationships with other people.) I highly recommend this book!
