Below are the products that I’ve found useful on the weight loss journey, with my notes. Head’s up! They’re affiliate links, which means I’ll get a commission on the sale, but you will not pay any extra. If you use the link, thank you!

Fiesta Luncheon Plate : I eat from a 9″ Fiesta luncheon plate for practically all my meals. This helps me eat the right amount. If I eat from a bigger plate, I tend to overeat.

Fiesta 19 oz Bowl: If I’m having soup or chili or something else that goes in a bowl, I’m having it in a bowl like this.

Fiesta 4″ Ramekin: If I’m having ice cream, I usually have it in something like this.

Bathroom Scale (My Current Scale) Any scale works. I don’t use any fancy features like body fat measurements, since these are still highly inaccurate on bathroom scales.

Casio G-Shock (My Current Tracker). Best feature? The battery lasts for YEARS! Make sure to get one that has the Step Tracker Feature! Not all G-Shocks do.

Fitbits (In the past, I had an Alta and an HR.) Fitbits are amazing for the encouraging features they have. For example, they give you digital badges for steps and weight loss milestones. BUT! They tend to be pricey, don’t last for more than a year or so, and you have to remember to charge them. I had to buy replacement bands several times before the electronic components failed completely.

ZURURU Fitness Tracker Cheaper than a Fitbit, and lasted a little longer. HOWEVER, the app was not user-friendly at all. It had a cool feature which measured your blood pressure and heart rate, which I found to be very accurate.

Earbuds They help the miles fly by!

New Balance Arishi Shoes I love them for their grippy bottom and how well they fit my feet. They’re lightweight, yet sturdy. I buy a new pair every year.
