Yesterday, I posted a short on YouTube that showed what I ate for my OMAD at Culver’s. Culver’s, for the uninitiated, is a fast-food joint that has delicious burgers, cheese curds, and frozen custard.
I am not trying to say that this is the ideal way of eating, that you should eat this way, or that if you eat this way, you’ll enjoy excellent health all the days of your life. I’m not a doctor, a nutritionist, or a dietitian. Instead, this is my attempt to show an unvarnished look at how a normal person like me eats. This is the type of food I ate on my journey from 222 down to 142, and it’s how I’ve continued to eat as I endeavor to keep it off forever. It’s what works for me.
I hope that by sharing these videos, it gives you encouragement that you can lose the weight, whether you have an enormous sweet tooth, only want to eat fast food, or just really like certain foods and don’t particularly like the “healthy” stuff. Whatever your situation is, you can lose weight.
