6-Month Platinum Coaching Package

A successful weight loss journey takes time and commitment. You must make changes in your life that are permanent, and that get to the root of what has caused the weight gain in the first place. As your coach, I will walk with you during this time. In our first session, we’ll set up a customized plan that fits in your life and that will help you get to your goals. Since I’m an advocate for eating all the foods and not restricting, I will not give you a meal plan. However, we will talk about strategies you can implement so that you eat the right amount.

In our ongoing sessions, we will dive deep into the root issues, so you that maximize your odds of success. We’ll have weekly accountability check-ins via Zoom, so we can make adjustments along the way as needed. In between sessions we can communicate via email, so you always have support.

What’s Included

  • Private monthly sessions via Zoom. (1 per month for 6 consecutive months. Length may vary slightly depending upon which issues we’re tackling, but they generally run for an hour.)
  • Weekly accountability check-ins via Zoom. These are generally short, but if you need more time, we’ll take more time.
  • Ongoing support via email.

Do you need help getting started on your weight loss journey? Do you want someone to sit with you and walk you through the process?

As your coach I’ll help you:

  • Put a system of tracking in place.
  • Hold you accountable, and to help you make tweaks if needed.

Troubleshooting Session

Are you stuck and not sure what to do? A 30-minute troubleshooting session can help you get back on track. We’ll talk about the problem you’re having, brainstorm solutions, and you’ll leave with a clear plan of action.

A troubleshooting session is a perfect fit if:

  • You’re feeling stuck.
  • You’re falling off plan.
  • You’re not getting making progress.
  • You don’t need help with accountability.

A: First of all, don’t worry! Zoom is very easy to use. You can also join a test call on Zoom by clicking this link: https://www.zoom.us/test You can use Zoom on your smart phone or your laptop or desktop.

Q: How can I get the most out of a session?

A: You will get out of coaching what you put into it. For the best results, come prepared with questions. During the session, be honest with yourself about what you’re willing (or not willing) to do. And finally, be sure to implement the solutions in the days and weeks following your session.

Q: Can I book more than one session?

A: Absolutely! Book whenever you’d like!

Q: Do you offer refunds?

A: Unfortunately, I cannot offer refunds. I can guarantee that you will get out of coaching what you put into it.
