Summary
I don’t generally like books about nutrition or diet because of all the conflicting information out there, but I decided to read Food Intelligence by nutrition scientist Kevin Hall, PhD and journalist Julia Belluz. I was drawn to this book because Hall uses highly controlled metabolic chambers for his research, which allows scientists to count every single calorie consumed and burned, painting a much more accurate picture than standard nutrition studies.
My Book
You don’t have to count calories, cut carbs, or do high-intensity workouts to drop those pounds. This book shows you a laid back way to practice intermittent fasting that makes weight loss (and maintenance!) enjoyable.
