- October was a stressful month, mostly because of the writing and publishing of my book.
- Several (intentionally) off plan days.
October 2018 Walking
Goal: Walk 6 Miles (14,000 Steps) every day
Results:
- I hit my step goal every single day
- I walked a total of 476,059 steps
- That’s a total of 205.27 miles
October 2018 Weight
Goal: 7 Day average weight of 137.37 by October 31, 2018 (a total loss of 2 pounds from my 7 day average as of September 30, 2018 at 139.37)
Results:
7 Day average weight as of October 31, 2018: 142.53
Total gain of 3.16 pounds for the month of October.
Even though I gained rather than lost, my period fell in the last week of October which accounts for the gain. Also, I realized that my real goal at this point is to maintain within 5 pounds of 140.
