I bought my first Fitbit in late 2014, and have found them to be very helpful in the weight loss journey, in building discipline, and as acting as a sort of digital accountability partner. However, I recently bought a Zururu, which comes in at less than half the cost of a comparable Fitbit, while having a cool feature that Fitbit doesn’t have, namely the ability to measure blood pressure. In this video I talk about the pros and cons of both, and whether or not I think I made the right decision.
