I’m sure you have heard of bulletproof coffee and I would like to hear your thoughts on that. I find it helps to keep me satisfied but I wonder if it is worth the extra calories. Should I try to just drink my coffee with cream? I had great success on intermittent fasting a couple of years ago and an injury which left me in great pain derailed my progress, actually I really didn’t care . the pain took over my life. Today I am in a much better place and am going back to intermittent fasting, I was having a hard time getting started but your videos are helping.
