Maybe intermittent fasting isn’t right for you. It’s not right for everyone. If you decided to stop intermittent fasting, but you still want to lose weight, keep looking and you will find what works for you.
I’m glad that I looked at my data and determined that intermittent fasting was helping me lose a pound a week on average and that I decided to stick with it.
