Intermittent Fasting Viewer Question: Self Sabotage

Intermittent Fasting Viewer Question:
I have been trying so hard to get past a plateau of 160 lbs. for the last 9 months! I do believe it’s psychological because I tend to break my fasts (maybe once every 7 days) late at night, in the dark, eating cheese and crackers until I am more than full. I’ve noticed that I do this whenever I get just past 160 lbs. and then, of course, a few lbs. comes back on so I don’t break 160. I am 5’9”, 64 years old and I have a goal of 145. I eat OMAD; with a green vegetable drink at the end of my 2 hr. eating window. Have you ever addressed the psychological aspects of road-blocking goal attainment with food? I have been working at NOT being an emotional eater but I need some help. Please help me figure this out.
