What are the rules with intermittent fasting and snacking?
For me, before I started eating OMAD and had an eating window I made it simple and just said that I could eat anything during the eating window, no rules against snacking.
As my fasting window got longer I started to realize how often I was snacking during the eating window out of boredom or stress. So I started to ask myself if I was really hungry or if I was eating because of stress or something else. Pay attention to that in yourself.
Most importantly, focus on your results and if you’re having good results and you’re snacking, then keep snacking if you want to. Don’t feel guilty about snacking.
