Intermittent Fasting and Overeating

It’s hard to define overeating especially when it comes to intermittent fasting. So, in this video I’ll discuss what I see as overeating and how you might be able to prevent it.

I define overeating as eating so much that you’re miserable and you’re gaining weight.

The most important thing to focus on is your results. Do a check in after each time you eat to see how you’re feeling.

Don’t beat yourself up no matter what because that doesn’t help in the least.

If you do find that you went overboard, do a postmortem to see if you were stressed about something or if your environment was stressful or conducive to overeating. Then take the steps to fix it for the next time.

If you find that you’re ravenous all the time, then you may need to lengthen your eating window.
