Hi Kayla, I am a middle aged woman who has been overweight most of my life. I am wanting to lose 25-30 pounds to get down to a healthy weight for my 5′ 4″ frame. I have been eating OMAD (eating window 5-6:30pm) 5 days a week and 2 days cheat for approximately 2 months. I have not lost 1 pound! What would be your #1 suggestion as to why that may be? I understand I could be stricter but I would have thought that I would have lost even 1 or 2 pounds by now. Help!
