As I stated in the video, I scored pretty high in pessimism. How pessimistic am I? See for yourself:*

PmB: 5 (Quite Pessimistic)

PvB : 4 (Average)

PvB + PmB = 9 (Moderately hopeless. According to Seligman, this is the most important score. 😬)

Total B = 17 (Anything above 14 cries out for change according to Seligman.)

Overall Score = -2 (Very Pessimistic!)

The good news here is that I can improve these scores. I’ve already proven to myself that I can change from pessimism to optimism, which is how I lost weight and have kept it off. This made a major positive difference in my life. It’s just that I need to apply this optimism to all areas of my life.
